Islands Fish Grill is a Locally Owned Establishment purchased in 2014 and Operated by John & Lori Tedesco-Williams. The business was started in early by 1998 by Ian Greenwood, now based in Mexico. He was the original chef/creator of the Famous – “Onion Crusted Grouper” with caramelized citrus glaze . This dish is still an area staple and long local favorite even though others have tried to mirror it, but it still is on the menu today as the “Signature Dish” selling as well as it always has before using the “Original” recipe almost 20 Years later!!
Here at Islands Fish Grill we pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients along with serving you our customer Boat to Fork locally caught fish and seasonal local fish off our Florida Southeast Atlantic Shorelines since August 2014. Islands Fish Grill holds its State of Florida Wholesale License and Federal South Atlantic Fishery Permit to ensure we bring you fish directly sourced from our local licensed fisherman.
